Driven by creativity and a passion for design, Scott Pryde is an award-winning architect with over 25 years of international experience. Throughout his career, Scott has built a reputation for delivering master plans and buildings that are innovative, contextually inspired, and grounded in a holistic approach to the natural environment. His philosophy has consistently led to the creation of memorable, community-driven projects that improve people’s lives and define new destinations.

Scott has specialized over two decades in commercial retail, and mixed-use developments, with a career across the UK, Asia and the Middle East, North Africa and Saudi Arabia which has shaped some of the region’s most dynamic projects. Over the past two decades, his portfolio has reached a total project value exceeding USD 6 billion, spanning every stage from concept through to completion.

In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the industry, Scott was named Architect of the Year in 2024 by Design Middle East in Dubai.
