This new mall will create an attractive community destination within a Dubai residential neighborhood. The design meets the client’s ambition to provide a better mix of shopping, featuring key anchor tenants and an improved relationship and resulting ambiance and experience for diners near the existing lake.

Within the existing development, the design considered the local vernacular to ensure a synergy of architecture with its neighborhood. Careful study of the street massing, shopfront details and natural lighting were considered to ensure a fresh and appealing environment.

The scope of this project encompassed approximately 10,000 SM of new retail space situated within the affluent Dubai residential development. We provided architecture and interior design services.
