Set within the heart of Riyadh, this visionary mixed-use development is anchored by the city’s longest pedestrian-friendly avenue—a vibrant new destination that stitches together a 300,000 sqm community of retail, residential, and hospitality. Inspired by the natural contours of the existing wadi, the masterplan creates a seamless dialogue between urban life and landscape, inviting residents and visitors to experience a new rhythm of city living—defined by movement, connection, and lifestyle.
