Strategically located on the intersection of Thumamah and Sahaba road, in Munisaya district, Riyadh, with a total area of 169,000 sqm Thumamah development is a mixed used development was envisioned as a contemporary lifestyle corner incorporating iconic urban shopping and entertainment for both residents and visitors alike.

In our approach to developing the concept we sought to maximize the views of the retail block, while capturing the experience on Thumamah. The retail component features interiors that pay homage to the distinct culture of the region incorporating imagery, materials, and patterns that all evoke Saudi heritage while offering generous spaces and views.

The remaining 120,000 sqm of land will be integrated with the IKEA store 85,000 sqm and tie into create one integrated mixed- use destination.
