Strategically located on the eastern side of the Knowledge Economic City and forming the gateway to Medina. The masterplan’s goals is to continue developing Medina as a destination for visitors, pilgrims, designing a place that attracts new residents providing hospitality services including hotel, visitors center, cultural and social plaza, retail, restaurants, medical clinics, green pedestrians paths, green plaza and children’s play areas connecting various environmentally friendly transportation system.

The master plan creates a human centric neighborhood environment that enhances community living by carefully considering the true values of the historic culture of Madina and its people. Every layer of the design has been considered to sensitively respond to the planning and surrounding context. Layers of mobility, technology and sustainability play a key role in the success of the future phases of the project.
