This proposal reimagines the workplace as a layered, human-scaled environment where architecture and landscape are seamlessly integrated. The building is defined by stacked volumes and generous terraces that bring light, views, and greenery into the workspace. A warm material palette, combined with shading elements and expansive glazing, creates a balance between openness and environmental performance, while offering high-quality, flexible office environments.

At ground level, the building activates the public realm with transparent, double-height spaces that connect directly to a landscaped, pedestrian-friendly setting. Shaded walkways, water features, and seating areas create a vibrant destination where work, leisure, and social interaction come together. The result is a contemporary workplace that prioritizes wellbeing, connectivity, and a strong sense of place.
