The Kempinski Hotel Muscat is a landmark coastal resort comprising 310 hotel keys and 77 branded residences, designed to deliver a refined and integrated luxury experience. Our involvement spanned the early construction phase, supporting the project from approximately 0% to 50% completion. This required close coordination with the wider consultant and client team to ensure the integrity of the original design intent was maintained and elevated as on-site realities, procurement, and detailing evolved.

A key focus during this period was the review and refinement of mock-up rooms, using full-scale prototypes to test and enhance spatial quality, materiality, and guest experience. Alongside this, we led an extensive F&B redesign exercise, repositioning the dining offer through improved planning, flow, and identity across multiple venues. The outcome is a cohesive and high-quality hospitality environment that aligns operational performance with a strong sense of place and international luxury standards.
